WINEMAKER NOTES:   

Medium straw color.

A fruity, floral bouquet of tangerine blossoms, apricots

and honey.

On the palate the slight sweetness is tempered by

ample acidity leading to a finish of pears and apples.

This food friendly wine will pair with Thai, Chinese,

Tex-Mex and other dishes that pack a spicy flavor.

Dark,  ruby red color.

A floral bouquet greets the senses with cherry

blossoms, plums, raspberry brulee and briar.

On the palate ripe plums, briar and hints of spice

bring forth complex flavors that will continue to

meld together with age. A wine to be truly enjoyed

in future years with the best of friends.

Rich on the nose with black cherry, chocolate and  mild tobacco.

Hints of vanilla and a touch of cocoa and nutmeg.

Harmonious and voluptuous in the mouth with kind fruit

tannins and medium oak tannins that lead to a long finish.

A youngster now but will age gracefully for 5-10 years.

Upon tasting, the texture is very approachable with soft

WINEMAKER NOTES:   

This is the most powerful and dense wine yielded from

these two vineyards to date. The vines are through their

initial development at 7 years and are settling in to produce

their best fruit over the next decade.

Rich aromas of cinnamon, cocoa, and spice emanate from

its time spent in barrel. Upon tasting, the black cherry, cola

and blackberry flavors come through leading to a creamy

yet full bodied finish.

Patience will reward the imbiber and I recommend cellaring

for a minimum of one year

 WINEMAKER NOTES:    

Dark, purple edged color. Dense, gradually  expansive,                      

deeply fruited nose of dark cherry, blackberry, leather, earth,

briar and rich vanilla. Medium bodied , youthfully

tight, with darkly stated cherry, berry, briar, and vanilla flavors

that linger on the finish.
