Two Worlds

 

 

One of the greatest joys of winemaking is blending different wines together to see how the flavors effect each other. This was the beginning of Two Worlds. One afternoon, Bob,  Michael and Richard were tasting each others wines when a little inadvertent pouring began. We noticed that when we blended Cabernet Sauvignon to the Shiraz it changed the expansive fruit of the Shiraz and added tremendous structure to the wine. Additional blending became a game of how do we top the last one and Two Worlds became a reality.

 

It gives us great pleasure to bring wine from two hemispheres together in one bottle.
